Statement of the Purpose:
To support and ensure the volume hiring numbers are met on time
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience hiring in bulk for Premium/Non premium candidates.
Source & Screen profiles from Job Portals short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement
effective recruiting strategies.
Cold calls to suitable candidates.
Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within
multiple business units.
Design recruitment advertisements for posting in internet and other recruiting sources.
Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of
recruitment process.
