In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing processes, and day-to-day operations that drives global recruiting strategy. You’ll serve as an advisor to the stakeholder and support them in driving the long-term vision, forecast capacity utilization, facilitating smooth transition, and implementing innovative solutions to solve operational problems. Additionally, you’ll demonstrate high proficiency in operations procedures, be accountable for change management, proactive in communication, and define performance metrics for processes and
individuals. You’ll ensure effective and efficient working relationships between the team members, maintain a high level of morale and productivity, provide direction, mentoring, and coaching, implement training and development plans, succession planning, overall, an effective people, process, and technology management.
