What you’ll do
Interview scheduling for our hiring process in APAC region (except China), posting roles to external job boards (where required), travel reimbursement management, assistance in managing requisitions through the hiring process.
Develop a strong working relationship with local TA team and HR community through timely and accurate administration of recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication.
Meeting the core KPI’s of quality & accuracy measures, timeliness of work, positive feedback from internal stakeholders and candidates.
Support on creating attractive & compliant external job postings
Lead internal hiring process by submitting long list of internal applicants to hiring manager, interview coordination and managing offer process
Ensure Local country knowledge of staffing & process compliance is followed
Learn about & understand your business/function/region
Helping out TA Coordinators in other regions when volume peaks or in their absence
Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Fluent in local language as well as fluency in English.
Ability to priorities multiple tasks & work to deadlines
Excellent attention to details
Excellent written and verbal communications
Some years of experience in Customer Operations or HR Administration role, ideally within a multi-national organization
Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
Experience in using Workday Recruitment is an advantage, but not a must
