Job Description
Requirement Gathering for BMC Remedy ITSM Application.
Preparing the design and Solution Documentation.
Expertise on Rest API integrations. Good have knowledge on Remedy version (8.1x,20.x). Expertise on Remedy upgradation process for latest version 20.02.
Installing the BMC Remedy ITSM Applications, Smart Reporting, Smart IT and DWP on clustered environment (High Availability).
Good to have knowledge on Linux Environment. Good to have knowledge on Load Balance and LDAP configurations.
Configuring and customizing the notifications. Customizing the ITSM applications as per the client requirements Well versed with ITSM Process & Remedy Tool. Needs to have good knowledge in ITSM and ITIL process. Needs to have hands-on experience in customization. Needs to have hands-on experience in trouble-shooting and shall be able to fix issues immediately.
Expertise in BMC Remedy ITSM (ITSM modules, CMDB, DWP, Smart IT) Technical expertise in Remedy development, very sound understanding of platform with extensive experience on implementation projects.
Strong experience in BMC Remedy. Need to have expertise on RBE: Message transaction process. Ability to perform/facilitate requirements and design sessions Ability to create system requirements and design documents Coordinate all technical activities (product configuration, customization, migration, deployment, and documentation) Excellent communication skill Needs to have good knowledge in ITSM and ITIL process Well versed with ITSM Process & Remedy Tool Needs to have hands-on experience and shall be able to write efficient workflows.
Good knowledge of Oracle and SQL database commands including creation of views and tables, enhancing indexes and FTS configurations.
