Handling end to end HR functions for the organization on boarding to off boarding.Acting as the first point of contact for any HR related issues.Designing, planning and executing recruitment and selection processes.Creating Job Description, reviewing job applications, negotiation for recruiting suitable candidatesWriting contracts of employment and sending out offers of employment.Maintaining department records and reportsCreating a sustainable talent acquisition recruitment strategies and techniques.Sourcing and discovering a top talent for open positions using job boards and social media.Reviewing employment applications and creating background check reportsHandling payroll and attendance and leaves.Managing documents related to Compliance, Statutory Requirements etc.Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Managing calendars and set up meetings.Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reportsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹26,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Payroll: 2 years (Preferred)Recruitment: 2 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
