Customer Support Executive Responsibilities:
Ø Managing a team of representatives offering customer support
Ø Overseeing the customer service process
Ø Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
Ø Planning the training and standardization of service delivery
Ø Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team
Ø Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
Ø Processing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
Ø Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team
Customer support executive requirements:
Ø A bachelor’s degree in administration or related fields
Ø A minimum of 1-2 years experience
Ø Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ø Ability to lead a team
Ø Knowledge of CRM systems
Ø Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable
