RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Checking and verifying the personal hygiene of all the employees working on the premises.
2. scheduling staff shifts and organizing replacements as required.
3. To check the area-wise cleaning of the premises and complete the records.
4. Checking the premises and verifying that all the areas have been sanitized and if there is any deficiency then getting them cleaned & sanitized.
5. Ensuring that no unnecessary items are present on the premises.
6. Updating all logbooks and documents relating to housekeeping on the premises
7. Responsible for waste management of the premises as per the protocols and guidelines and maintaining all the required records & s.
8. Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service.
9. Checking and verifying the station hygiene machine from time to time and getting it rectified immediately if any discrepancy is found.
10. To supervise all the work related to pest control and maintain the records related to it.
11. To verify the cleanliness of all the machines & equipment kept on the premises.
12. Informing the management of any damage, deficiency, and disturbance in the premises
13. Check all the equipment related to housekeeping and verify that there is no defect in the equipment.
14. Supervise time to time washing of coats/dresses used by the employees in the processing area
15. Ensure that the premises are maintained and inspected as per the standards.
16. Always wear personal protective equipment related to your work.
17. Take Care of Personal and Premises Hygiene
18. Providing training to the housekeeping staff.
19. Strictly follow the rules related to health and safety and be aware of all the rules related to the company.
20. Ensure that the Premises are Always Free from Hazardous Substances
21. In case of any abnormal sound from cleaning machine stop the function immediately.
22. Handle emergency cleaning and maintenance requests
23. Preventing your colleague from acting against the rules
24. Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence.
25.Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
26 Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
27. Monitor, control, and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach, rubber, gloves etc.
28.Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
29. Participate in large cleaning projects as required.
30.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Secondary /Higher Secondary
2. Proven 3-5 years of experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.(Hotel background housekeeping sup. preferred)
3. Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
4. Customer-oriented and friendly
5. Prioritization and time management skills
6. Working quickly without compromising quality
7. Well-mannered
8. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information.
