Full Job DescriptionAdditional Responsibilities for Deal Office Assignments
Produce SET agile top down plans
Present top down plans to Sales, Solution Engineering and CDU
Identify and quantify risks for the program, including contingency to manage the risk (Initiate the Risk & Contingency Questionnaire)
Ensure all sub-activities and tasks of Deal Office are completed
Provide strong leadership to the sales and solutioning team on how the plan was developed for the SDR– clear direction, excellent communication
Develop and maintain positive and ongoing relationships with internal CSG’s teams.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree qualified (Bachelor of Engineering/ MCA) or relevant experience.Formal project management qualifications would be an advantage.Minimum 10 years IT experience and at least 3 years as a project managerIT project management experience, preferably in telecom industry.On-site project and customer management is a MUST.At least two full life cycle project implementation and management experienceUnderstanding of agile software development methodology.Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, timesheet systems) and office tools (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Highly developed communication skills to influence and gain cooperation with team members and customers.Ability to work in high ambiguity situations, clarifying them for the project team.Highly developed analytical problem solving skills and judgement in choosing effective solutions to problems.
Additional experience preferred for Deal Office Assignments
At least one full life cycle SV project implementation and management experience
Familiar with SV architecture and product
Familiar with CSG standards of practice or equivalent understanding of maintaining processes, templates and documentation of procedures
