What you’ll do:

• Acts As The Point Of Contact To Provide A Professional And Friendly Service As Well As Delivering An Exceptional First Impression
• Provide support to customers by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving issues across products and communication channels.
• Proactive & reactive real-time monitoring of applications, infrastructure, customer activity & trade flow.
• To Engage With The Customers And Ensure That The Standard Practices And Process Are Implemented Across All Units
• Serves As A Resource For Clients Seeking Information, Assistance Or Recommendations; A Thorough Understanding Of All Key Services, Products And Amenities In An Exceptional And Timely Manner.
• Develop standardized documentation and knowledge sharing materials and ensuring ready- for-business checks and handover activities across shifts.
• Select, implement and/or develop tools, processes, metrics and dashboards to enable the team to better support our customer base and make better, faster and more data driven decisions.
