We are looking for go-getters who share our beliefs about the necessity of skills in our country, and we want you to help us make our vision a reality in schools. As an Associate Education Program Manager, you will be in charge of 10 to 15 schools, and your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your schools are successful in delivering the program effectively and developing the necessary skills in students, and taking part in developing the product

An Education Program Manager, if you are a fresher and become a member of our team. We have a total of two positions available for the positions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure successful implementation of the Creya program in the 10 to 15 schools allocated to you
2. Build a thorough understanding of the program format and various components of the program such as the curriculum, tools and technologies, professional development training of the teachers as well as the implementation process.
3. Being tech-savvy by learning to use existing tools and technologies such as Engineering, Robotics, IOT, Programming, 3D Printers, Digital tools, etc. as well as new ones that will be added in the future.
4. Develop an understanding of the learning process of students by understanding various pedagogies such as experiential learning, inquiry-based learning, and learning approaches such as STEM Education and Design Thinking.
5. Mentor, support, and conduct professional development training for the teachers and coordinators in the allocated schools and as part of various other teacher engagement programs.
6. Continuously engage to understand and manage stakeholder expectations (school leadership, parents, teachers, and students)
7. Anticipate and solve operational roadblocks that come in the way of successful implementation
8. Add value to the company’s vision by collaborating with the Curriculum Team in developing and improving the product.
WHAT ARE THE CRITERIA FOR JOINING US?
The EPM role will require a significant amount of traveling to schools (Up to 15 days per month). This requires a fair amount of leadership, communication, collaboration, initiative, adaptability, thinking skills, and a can-do attitude. Other Considerations
· A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Education/Design
· Excellent Written and oral communication skills
· Willingness to travel and relocate to any location across the country.
Caveat: This is an entry-level job that requires high energy and affinity for travel and the compensation would be 5.4 Lacs per annum. So please apply if this meets your expectations.
