Keeping building & over all infrastructure of the company well maintained and clean
Conduct Inspections of all areas including front office, Conference room, Cafeteria, Washroom, Common Area
Regularly Train Housekeeping & Support Staff
Ensure proper mail distribution
Prepare and monitor office budget
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Manage and renew vendor contracts
Develop strong communication and reporting procedures to guide service implementation making improvements or changes where required
Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
Desired Candidate Profile
You have a bachelors and an MBA/Post graduate degree in Hospitality Management with 4 – 6 years of work experience in Hospitality Industry. You have a strong record of success (not just academics).
