The role is for a Full Stack Developer for our application iCredit used by credit officers for Credit Line reviews and approvals for the Credit Risk Private Banking area. The project has a workflow engine and a Java application at its core where multiple business processes have been modeled
The team consists of developers spread across Singapore and India. It will be a lean team highly responsive to business users.
Coordinate with the existing team to learn the application platform and understand its functionalities and complexities.
Actively build features on and understand the software lifecycle of the application.
Build, develop and test microservices using Springboot framework.
Design, develop and test microUI using React and Typescript
Work in an agile team and is proactive in team discussions.
Be interested in the business as well as technology aspects of the domain.
Bring a positive, can-do attitude and be open to all ideas.

Your skills and experience
Full Stack Developer for UI development of the Java application. The application landscape is complex with dependency on disparate applications spread across geography. The application has legacy processes so a steep learning curve is to be expected
4-8 years of experience in Java and front end technologies
Very good knowledge on OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts and design patterns
Hands on experience building applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring cloud, JPA
Hands on exposure to Restful and Microservice architecture
Strong fundamentals on HTML, CSS3, JavaScript along with hands on experience on Angular / React JS Ecosystem. A good grasp on state-management patterns such as Redux, Flux, etc.
Proficient in Test Driven Development using Junit / Mockito and other testing framework
Experience on Database; Skilled at understanding & writing SQL statements
Can manage workload and thrive under pressure
Beneficial
Proficient in Design patterns, UX
Experience in working on Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban) and using tools like JIRA, Service Now
Proficient in the Dev/ops tools and strategy required for automation across Dev/QA/Deployment teams – NOLIO, Sonar, TeamCity / Jenkins
Exposure to Business Driven Development – Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber
