Your field of responsibility
As a PeopleSoft Techno-functional resource in Core HR and Global Payroll domain, you may work as a business analyst, developer or tester depending on project demand. Responsible for ensuring that business requirements are clearly identified and solution is agreed and aligns to overall business strategy.
Technical deliveries need to be of good quality and aligns with all defined standards. The role would require to work directly and independently with HR Business owners. Key responsibilities may include
Elicitation of Requirements
Analysis and documentation
Solution engineering and effort estimation
Creation of process flows
Development and test
Global payroll framework changes
UAT Support and User training
Deployment
Production bug fixes

The team supports multiple applications to service HR business and close interaction is expected across the team.
The CS landscape is large and very complex with a number of modules of PeopleSoft implemented including Workforce Administration, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Global Payroll, and Absence Management. The landscape includes a number of integrations with SaaS vendors as well as internal systems. This allows the exposure to diverse areas in the enhancement and maintenance of a large complex system servicing over 45,000 employees globally.

Your skills and experience
Experienced PeopleSoft Global Payroll techno-functional resource who has worked as a business analyst and developer with the below qualifications.
At-least 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
Solid understanding and work experience in PeopleSoft Global Payroll domain including framework configuration, payroll rule engine
Proficiency in Switzerland country extension including country specific rules and year end dashboard reports is highly preferable
Strong functional knowledge of Core HR and self service
Development experience with complex changes using PeopleTools technology including Fluid, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Application Engine, BI Publisher, Workflows, IB messaging
Experience of development using SQR
Experience of working in BAU projects on requirement gathering, development and testing
Experience of client interaction
Trouble-shooting skills for production issues
Experience with working in international teams and projects as well as excellent problem solving skills
Experience of working in both waterfall and agile methodologies
