GBSS IT is establishing a new team in Pune to support the GBSS GBIS (Global Business Integrated Services) business. GBIS provides central services to the banks divisions and functions. GBSS IT is responsible for providing the IT systems for a number of controls applications – CLUE and OME/RCA to the GBIS business.

The Controls Landscape User Engine (CLUE) Metrics Dashboard aims to be the ‘single source metrics solution’ for all non-financial risk data reported by CDCP. This will provide a singular & consolidated platform to view key control metrics across a wide spectrum of Business users i.e. Supervisors, BRCOs, Product COOs, Controls COOs & LE/Branch Management.
OME (Operational Risk Management Engine) is a tool providing consolidated view of operational risk across the businesses, allowing each-business area to collect, categorize and supervise incidents and issues from inception thru remediation.
RCA (Risk & Control Assessments Module) is a tool providing ability for each business area to perform regular risk self-assessment with dynamic linkage to incidents/issues.
The Pune team will provide full end-2-end delivery capability to support GBIS with the potential to grow and expand further to support future initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Provide Project and Team Management for a new team in Pune delivering software to support the GBSS business
Scope of work
Define work packages and coordinate developments involving multiple developers
Handle partners across the different projects both in the business and within IT
Manage the relation and dependencies between dependent IT teams
Handle issues / risks on projects with timely issue escalations and suggestions for issues resolution.
Work with other teams on multi-functional team projects.
Effective evaluation of different process and/or technology solutions.
Perform root cause analysis of issues related to data or business requirements. Follow through on issues and open item with multiple partners globally and develop solutions, propose solutions, and facilitate agreeing a conclusion.
Review designs and solutions to ensure they are in-line with architecture goals
Work with lead architect to ensure architectural goals are maintained
