Opportunity to effectively manage workforce administration, employee lifecycle and exit administration.
Responsibility to take ownership of employee queries, provide active support to employees, managers and HR departments in personnel administration processes across the world.
The role includes performing transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer.
Providing answers, solutions and recommendations for inquires related to HR policy/processes by utilizing solutions provided by HR SMEs forms part of the main duties.
Build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time.
Ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes.
The opportunity to collaborate with Operation Leads, Stakeholders and Operation Managers to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g., knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users etc.)
Your skills and experience

Proficient in MS office Products along with hands on experience of working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.
Outstanding attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Experience working in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes
Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage
Serviced multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred
Experience working with partners across regions, and proven to be able to work across cultures
Can work on improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently
Reliable, patient, resilient and service oriented as well as flexible, able to learn new solutions and systems quickly
Committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice
Self-starter and motivated for professional development
Flexible to working in shifts including night shifts
Outstanding proficiency in communication skills
