The opportunity to be a part of delivering Regulatory Projects in EMEA. Your responsibilities include:
Liaising with business users and technical team throughout the Software development Lifecycle for regulatory reporting like ACPR, Bundesbank, EBAEvaluating information gathered from multiple sources and translate into high-level change requirementsAssessing system impact, documenting business requirements, preparing use-cases for delivery of requirements, preparing test plans, test cases, coordinating with users and IT during the testing phase etc.Learning curve includes learning the finance systems, people organizations, Regulatory Reporting & Investment banking domain (if required in detail), data flows and souring systems

Local Regulatory Reporting Team is a high achieving, approachable, experienced, self-motivated, independent and driven unit consisting of team members across the world and business lead focused on successful business delivery of all work in scope. The team is within the Finance Change and delivers most Investment banking projects within EMEA regulatory portfolio. The department consists of highly dynamic and a diverse set of people delivering various projects in finance for various business partners.

Your skills and experience
Looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual contributor who understands the regulatory landscape and has experience in business analysis
3-6 years of full-time relevant work experience, primarily as a business analyst in change related functions in finance based projects such as Investment banking, Core banking, Private banking and/or regulatory reporting
Hands on experience to define business requirements for technology improvements relating to regulatory reporting
A proven ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and manage your workload accurately and efficiently to achieve delivery to deadline
Bachelors / Masters or PG in Management with prior change / reporting experience
Outstanding learning capability and interpersonal communication skills are a must
Demonstrate good experience in positively influencing people to deliver, partner management and illustrate real-life testing challenges and how they were overcome
Hands-on experience in test management tools; Odyssey, Jira, excel is essential
Ability to work in a complex, matrixed organization with flexibility to work with multiple offices
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working to deliver on time
