Job overview:
In this role, you will develop and deliver campaigns that enable success at each stage of the customer lifecycle, drive adoption of our products and content as well as support select key global customer marketing initiatives. You are a self-starter who can flex between working independently and cross-functionally across key partners and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be capable of leveraging insights and data to inform marketing plans and be comfortable working across multiple-marketing channels including email, events, video, content and in-product communications to deliver customer engagement and growth.
You will work with the Global Customer Marketing Lead, the Regional Customer Success Managers, and the Regional Enterprise Marketing Lead to drive advocacy, support renewal and retention goals, and promote a sense of community for the APAC Coursera for Business & Campus customers by designing and executing customer programs, campaigns and events.
You have strong organizational and project management skills, a data-driven approach, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to confidently design and execute in-person and online initiatives and campaigns. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values flexibility and the opportunity to make an impact. This is a senior individual contributor role, with opportunities to grow and scale the team in the future.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert on our APAC customers, their stage in the customer lifecycle and their overall account health status to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
Build, execute and optimize campaigns, events and initiatives to drive customer engagement, adoption and success across the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with regional customer success, sales, creative, product, product marketing team and the global customer marketing teams to build and develop innovative campaigns that drive product and content adoption, usage and ultimately conversion or renewal.
Coordinate with Global Customer Marketing to develop collateral such as marketing kits and case studies. Work with regional Customer Success Managers and Account Executives within Coursera to identify and secure approvals from customers for inclusion in marketing assets.
Track performance of key metrics, tests, and campaigns to drive constant improvement and report to the leadership team
Lead local execution of key global initiatives and special projects as needed.
Basic Requirements:
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-growth environment ideally from an enterprise SaaS / corporate marketing background
Experience in customer, advocacy and / or loyalty marketing
Experience designing and managing community programs
Background in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including emails, in-app messages, events and webinars
Background using data to build and optimize marketing campaigns and programs; experience with Salesforce and Gainsight is a plus
Experience working cross functionally to develop and execute complex marketing campaigns and programs
