The candidate should possess :Mba in HR from any B. school.Should have work experience of minimum 2 years.Should be capable of managing minimum 200 people.HR Process, Policies, Procedures and Practices, Grievances Handling, Statutory Compliance, Overall Recruitment, Performance Appraisals, Employee Counseling / Relations, KRA Analysis & set..Personnel, Administration/ Industrial Relations:Generate a daily report for all the employees and analyse the deviation of their work.Make employee work towards achieving targets.Working knowledge of ESIC/ EPF compliance’s , Payroll managementAttendance & leave records ,Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare and AdministrationEmployee engagementWorking knowledge of legal / labor lawsWorking knowledge of factory act , bonus act , EPF , ESIC , & others HR required fieldsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthExperience:total work: 3 years (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 9417206143
