Designation Regional Manager – Sales
Job Description The individual is accountable for the increased sales volume realization & reducing receivables. To plan and carry out direct and retail marketing & sales functions in accordance with company’s business plans. Responsible for proposing developing & implementing marketing plans, researching & developing pricing policy as per company’s business plans Responsible for product promotion and works with line functions to deliver business results, plan, schedule & execute marketing programs maintain sales & marketing statistics for different grades of carbon black . Leads regional sales, formulate sales strategy in consultation with Head ( Sales & Mktg) for assigned territory or products, develops sales forecast, budget and manpower plans, supervises and train stockiest & Vendors. The individual is responsible for pursuing key prospects, negotiate and construct appropriate terms of sales.
Desired Profile Candidate must be MBA in Sales & Marketing. Well-versed with MS Office and SAP. must ne efficient to acquire new customers, collect information, have good negotiation skill.
