Ideal Candidate would be passionate about Products and Technology in the Telecom domain. He/She should love understanding technology, latest trends, what is it that we are building and why we are building it, how will it impact a customer’s life or usage etc. The candidate should be curious about developments and be able to identify product marketing opportunities in the same.
The candidate should be able to put traditional and non-traditional marketing strategies and tactics at play and be able to re-invent the playbook when required. The job requires working closely with the Business Development, Sales, Product and Technology teams. Overall, the candidate shall be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.
The position will report to the Head of Product Management.
What you will own:
· Positioning of product, developing a value proposition and messaging
· Analyse customer requirements and needs, competitive developments and market trends to help the product team define the future product road map
· Define, build and enhance the brand value with consistently powerful messaging and assets all across – website, product collaterals, customer communications
· Increase organic as well as inorganic visibility for the product through SEO and partnering with growth marketing teams
· Set target KPIs for product which can help better communicate the power and effectiveness of the products
· Create a product marketing plan for all products of the unit
· Drive lead generation campaigns for the product through email communications, blogs, online articles etc
· Manage Analyst relationships and increase analyst mentions for the products
· Identify the most impactful problems that are focus areas in the domain while estimating the business impact of solving them
Who you are:
· Bachelors degree with Tech specialization with MBA from a good university is strongly preferred
· 5-8 years of experience in product marketing or brand marketing- in IT, Telecom sector is preferred
· Should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; comfortable multi-tasking and taking the lead
· Detail-oriented, responsive to feedback, and comfortable with tight deadlines
· Inspiring Presentation skills
· Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
· Strong spoken and written English, other language skills are a plus
