What We Need & What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
Job Description:
Escalates non-routine or equipment-related network problems to higher-level Customer Support Technicians.
Network Operations /Alerting
Follow up with Service Providers for Carrier related issues.
Follow up with end user for power and equipment related issues.
Works under general direction and follows established company processes.
Maintains contact with customers to provide status of actions related to resolution of customer network issues until ticket is closed to customer’s satisfaction.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
Must have:
1-3 years of experience in networking.
Experience of working on Routers, Switches.
Good Understanding of TCP/IP Protocol suite.
Should have prior troubleshooting experience.
Excellent knowledge on networking concepts like routing and switching.
Experience on Network Monitoring/Alerting & Ticketing tools is required.
Previous experience of Network operations, ISP, Troubleshooting & Escalation procedures is desired.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
