That’s where you come in; we are looking to hire a Campus Recruiting Lead for our India Center of Excellence who will report to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.
A key element of this role will be evaluating our University and College campuses nationwide, to ensure successful recruitment of top early talent. This person will lead and develop a comprehensive Campus strategy in alignment to University and Student program and build, maintain a strong relationship with our internal stakeholders as well as with the Colleges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead and Own the overall Campus Recruiting: Build a vision that executes on a comprehensive campus recruiting strategy, creating a diverse student pipeline to deliver against bold dynamic hiring plans.
Develop Early Career and Internship Programs: Enhance and create programs that focus on pipelining top talent through engaging experiences that highlight our firm culture and Employment Brand. Enhance and implement an efficient and standardized interview process that scales across roles and offices.
Inspire the Team: Build upon a high-touch and high-performing talent team by refining hiring forecasting capabilities; establish and report on data driven metrics that create actionable insights.
Build relationships: Identify top schools and programs and build relationships with students, faculty, career services as well as partner with our internal business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
10+ years of broad and progressive experience in Campus Recruiting from top tier 1 & tier 2 colleges.
Successful experience managing and driving the Early Talent Program in the Information Technology Space.
Have built and scaled a metric-driven recruiting program to measure effectiveness
Have delivered programs to ensure hiring managers and interview teams are well-prepared and well-trained.
Good presentation and effective communication skills.
Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in the relevant filed.
