CommScope’s 5G Cell solution is a complete small cell platform that helps you deploy quickly, economically, and compliantly, in virtually any small cell situation. Solutions are built as a complete answer to your small cell challenges, with single-source antennas, combiners, power management, backhaul, and more all combined into a variety of attractive, customizable, code-compliant concealment
Duties & Responsibilities:
Build software architecture specification for a small cell product, garnering appropriate review and mentorship from collaborators
Will be responsible for the development of 4G/ 5G for a Small cells’ product, participating in design reviews and bug scrubs
Work with the other team members to improve development processes, tools, and practices to ensure they are in alignment with team priorities and industry-standard methodologies Architect and define the System from Hardware, Software, Inter Layers Communication perspective, and Performance Perspective
Skills Required:
Strong Programming Skills in C/C++, desirable code optimization techniques.
Good knowledge of Multi-Core and Multi-Processor hardware architecture, Interfaces, and Implementation
Experience on RT Linux kernel scheduling for multicore platforms, memory management, IP stack, and inter-process communication mechanisms
Expertise with system performance analysis and tuning with special emphasis on cache profiling, memory bus contention profiling, lock contention time profiling, etc of multithreaded programs
Multithreaded programming, socket programming, interprocess communication
Exposure to debugging techniques using JTAG, kgdb, gdb.
Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or shell programming is desirable
Strong networking technology knowledge in related areas, including, but not limited to networking compute, Linux systems, switching, and routing
