Engineer, Continuous Improvement is a leader and facilitator within a team. The role is to develop and implement a unified approach to the process of continuous improvement in the department with intent to deliver high quality products and services through lean processes and efficient value-added to high standards maintained by CommScope
This position has organizational functions and cross-functional interactions with Internal Customers, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, Supply Base, Quality, and any other applicable area to support ongoing opportunities to improve the process.
The engineer will be required to provide new methodologies and approaches to be able to remove natural waste and inefficiency that exist in the Value Stream of the organization.
The engineer will be responsible for Continuous Improvement of Processes within the site/Department.
The engineer facilitates change while working in a structured matrix management.
