Lead Analyst, HR People Analytics
Champion insight driven approaches to problem solving, decision-making, and help to enhance the data and insight culture across the business.
Based on business requirements, support creation of reports and analytics for the People analytics and insight pillar within the Global HR Operation transformation programme.
Supporting the project manager and business analyst in documenting data definitions for data elements, reporting and analytics requirements, and role based permissions
Assist in documenting data lineage of data elements within SuccessFactors’ employee central module.
Document user guides for the use of the People reporting dashboard to enhance employee and manager self-service.
Co-ordinate training with GHRS and parts of HR on the use of the People reporting dashboard.
Documentation of data dictionaries and data definitions for various HR processes
Work closely with HRIS and IT on the development of reporting and analytics tools and reports in HR
Supporting the build of the Reporting & analytics roadmap
Provide input into the design, implementation and improvement of the suite of people metrics for our senior leaders, which provide insight into organisational health and the overall performance of our people.
Work with the programme team on data requirements within other workstreams/pillars.
Develop strong knowledge of Colt’s business in order to understand HR data requirements.
Continuous testing of data quality and data health dashboard, reviewing exception reports on data quality.
Work with the wider HR team in understanding any data requirements for the current and future projects.

Skills & Experience
Strong HR related experience and comprehensive understanding of HR processes required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, facilitation skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of business and HR stakeholders.
Ability to take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail.
Ability to tell a story with data, through both compelling narrative and impactful visuals.
Strong team player and demonstrable experience of problem solving.
SuccessFactors configuration experience and report building experience
Experience with working on projects – preferably end to end
Experience with documentation, especially SOP’s and/or processes
Flexible approach to work and comfortable working in a complex matrix global organisation.
Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload.
System/data mapping experience a plus
An expert with common data tools e.g. Microsoft Excel (VBA, SQL would be an advantage).
Experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau) and statistical tools and methodology (R, Python, Machine Learning, Predictive Modelling) helpful but not required.
