Your duties and responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
· Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
· Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
· Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
· Regularly review product quality
· Organize and supervise shifts
· Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
· Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
· Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
· Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
· Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
· Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
· Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
· Ensuring that all employees receive thorough training on SOP’s, recipes, service and behavioral standards.
· Accurately complete designated duties such as inventory control, ordering of products, cash control.
· Maximizing profit and minimizing controllable expenses. Handle complete P&L of all stores.
· Driving sales and repeat business at all stores in coordination with the Marketing, communicate and oversee the execution of product promotions, marketing initiatives and campaigns with the team in the store.
· Protecting company assets.
· Monitoring cash counters to avoid any discrepancies.
· Complying with SOD & EOD process.
· Assisting the Management in Pre-Launch activities.

Salary: Up to ₹41,702.00 per month
