Responsibilities :
Leverage and apply knowledge related to support or drive improvement efforts across scaled operations and drive operational excellence.
Drive the identification of operational improvements highlighting potential impact and defining, managing, and leading projects to improve operational efficiency.
Lead and manage the reporting of the key operating metrics and periodically present key business insights.
Develop relationships with internal cross-functional teams to drive impact and work toward goals.
Engages in incident tickets of the highest complexity. Coordinates with other areas of the organization as needed.
Assists with backlogged tickets during times of high volume.
Learns new functionality being implemented for monthly releases and helps the team understand them to be able to support user questions and issues.
Supports system set-up for new contact center reps including research of user-profiles and coordination with Hosting Services and Contact Center Technologies as needed for tech assistance.
Contributes to prioritizing defects to ensure timely resolution.
Helps ensure an inclusive and equitable environment where team members develop and flourish.
In-depth experience with IT Service Desk Operations with proven work experience as a help desk lead. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
Familiarity with ITIL methodology. ITIL certification is a bonus.
Exposure to both on-premises and cloud-native application support, including vendor-hosted applications.
