Office Location: Pune/Remote
Work Timing: 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST
Roles and Responsibilities •
The desired profile will be responsible for developing strategies to improve engagement and design programs to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
As an Employee engagement lead/HR Lead, the responsibilities will include internal employee communications and shaping corporate culture.
Work closely with the management team to design, implement, and manage various people initiatives across the company that helps build team culture and increase employee engagement.
Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning calendar of activity, organizing events and increase level of employee engagement.
Lead and establish process of designing & building our employer brand internally by establishing our company values and practices.
Conducting team-building activities to bring everyone together and bond with each other in new ways of creative engagement, activities that would be exciting for our tech-savvy teams.
Indulging in regular engagements with all team members (1-on-1) to resolve any issues they are facing.
Own the process of delivering effective induction/orientation to new joiners and establish multiple touch points during their first 1-2 months.
Taking logical, data-driven, and technology-fueled approaches to understand people and improve productivity.
Owning the course of monitoring the pulse of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. •
Responsible for managing overall employee connect and employee engagement needs for business. Design team building programs to build healthy relationships between employees.
Qualification & Requirements
Work experience of 4-6 years in HR/Employee Engagement.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels.
Enthusiastic, positive, friendly, and has a great sense of humor.
Strong Interpersonal, Written, and Verbal Communication Skills.
Calm & poised under pressure.
A high degree of personal integrity and confidentiality.
Demonstrated growth mindset & personal professional development.
Enjoy keeping up with trends and knowledge of people and culture.
Understand the importance of people, culture & productivity and take a – customer servicefocused approach to working with people.
