We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.-Responsibilities:Design and update job descriptionsSource potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidatesScreen incoming resumes and application formsInterview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning testsAdvertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internallyProvide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managersSend job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefitsMonitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hireParticipate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment eventsCollaborate with managers to identify future hiring needsAct as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard-Requirements:fresherFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesFamiliarity with sourcing techniquesUnderstanding of referral programsSolid verbal and written communication skillsSound judgment.Job Types: Full-time, FresherSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMonday to Friday
