Job SummaryWe are seeking an outgoing and customer service-oriented relationship manager to join our organization and work with our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with clients, educating them about our services, and guiding them to make the best decisions. You’ll also play a key part in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential sales.Responsibilities and DutiesDuties of the Client Relationship Manager· Building and maintaining relationships with clients· Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.· Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.· Letting customers know about other products the company offers.· Attending meetings with clients to build relationships.· Achieving client relationship targets as set by the Head of Sales.· Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.· Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.· Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.· Updating the CRM· Designing campaigns to boost sales at different times.· Liaising with Training department to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.· Daily CIF-Customer Information Form, checking.· Reference Data needs to be maintained.· Quality of Calling should be appropriate.· Should be responsible for Basis hygiene in premises.· Hardworking with a strong work ethic.· Greeting Members with Smile & should be in proper Dress CODE.· Generating Leads from existing clients.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications· Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.· Devotion to high-quality customer service.· Excellent interpersonal communication skills.· Keen analytical and research abilities.· Knowledge of relationship management best practices.· Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.· Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.· Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Best in the industryJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Flexible shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All customers & staff are required to wear mask, sanitization practices strictly followed.Education:Diploma (Preferred)Work Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 7681945926
