To requisite and replenish liquor on the basis of previous days consumption and par stock
To prepare the garnishes for service
To collect the food from the kitchen to be served in the bar
To have thorough knowledge of cocktails liquor and mixology
To ensure that all glassware is clean and available for the various drinks to be served
To know thoroughly the food and beverage control procedure and implement the same
To maintain the necessary books of control
To maintain proper inventory in liaison with F& B controls
To use proper measure of liquor at all times
To record all spoilage, spillage, breakage and complimentary consumption For suggesting various ways of increasing sale for having various sales promotions
To follow energy conservation methods
To follow three bin rule religiously for recycling of paper
To follow water conservation methods
