Roles and responsibilities :
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment : interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, References, Networking, Database, Google, LinkedIn etc.
Maintain professional relations with the candidates.
Use social networking tools to tap talent.
Interviewing and testing job seekers.
Matching candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants.
Screening and shortlisting candidates for employers to interview.
Building relationships with employers and job seekers.
Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed.
Skills Required :
Good communication must (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and use new tools
Coordination with different teams for positions available
Quick Learner
Team Player
Understanding of the recruitment process
Good presentation skills
Immediate joiners would be preferred.
