Required Skills sets:
● Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience
● Diploma/General/B.Sc. in Nursing with Medical council registration from Karnataka
● Must have excellent communication skills and superb listening skills.
● Must have an empathetic attitude towards patient service.
● Dedicated to patient safety and quality of healthcare.
● Must be committed to organizations values and vision.
● Ability to deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations
Responsibilities & Duties
● Demonstrate and carry out efficient nursing care, taking care of personal comfort of the patients, administration of drugs and treatment, observation and recording of vital parameters.
● Prepare patients for examinations and should do health profiling.
● Running the screening programmes for risk stratification, engaging & counselling patients on modifying the risk factors and lifestyle modifications.
● Monitor and record the patient’s condition and document provided care services.
● Part of the care team for the patients – helping, engaging in every step of the care.
● Help in organizing and participating in community health camps and vaccination drives.
● Participate and help with clinical investigations/procedures.
● Maintenance of patient’s records online
● Give information and health education to patients and their attendants.
● Intimation to clinical ops team of any emergency or unusual occurrence in the clinic health hub
● Maintaining good interpersonal relationships among all the categories of staff and with patients and their relatives.
● Maintain cleanliness of the clinic, its annexes and environments. Proper upkeep of all medical equipment.
● Make indents for drugs, surgical supplies and other necessary consumables from head office.
● Keep custody of dangerous drugs and record of their administration.
● Daily check of emergency drugs and life savings equipment.
● Maintenance of stock registers, inventories.
● Investigate complaints if any.
● Participate in service education of nursing personnel and attend meetings at head office.
● Perform any other duty as may be specified from time to time.
