Role: Customer Support Manager
Preferable experience: 5-8 years
Location: New Delhi, Currently Work From Home.

Job Description: –
· A CSM will have to be knowledgeable enough to help brand new customers, while also working on the more complex issues that existing customers may have.
· Handling all social media channels for the company – Telegram, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Website management etc.
· Taking care of the channels to avoid any mishap in the chat channels. Maintain the decorum and professionalism of the channels
· Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions.
· Responding to escalated customer support issues.
· Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
· Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problems-solving resources.
· Maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice.
· Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
· Conducts surveys and forms focus groups
· Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and establishing and communicating service metrics and monitoring and analyzing results.
· Resolves problems and disseminates advisories and warnings.
Requirements: –
· Preferably Female
· Must have experience in handling customer globally.
· Should have excellent communication skills spoken as well as written.
