This role include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement or strictly follow overall existing IT recruiting strategy.
• Determines applicant requirements by studying IT job descriptions and job qualifications.
• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
• Evaluate applications & conduct initial phone discussions to understand the candidates better and create a filtered candidate pool.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
• Source and recruit candidates(without relying on job boards) by using various sources, like Social Media Networks, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack overflow, updaaz.com hirlist etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Plan and organize networking events, recruitment drives, hackathons, etc.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes .
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, etc

Requirements:

• Proven 2+ work experience as a IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) having the ability to attract Passive job seekers.
• A bachelor’s/ master’s degree in any field ( Any Stream )
• Technology/Ecommerce industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
