This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge at Circle of Crust located in Mohali & Chandigarh location. The Shift Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff scheduling, ensuring quality and customer service standards are met, and handling inventory control. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve any issues that may arise during the shift.
