Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

• Create regular s on TM/PM process administration and completion
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders across multiple grades for process closures
• Coordinate with stakeholders/EAs and schedule meetings
• Manage vendor agreements and invoices
• Managing PM inbox and also responding to TM/PM related operational inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position
• Strong ability in using MS Excel – pivot table, conditional formatting, drop downs, simple excel macro
• Knowledge of basic Performance and Talent management practices
• Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle data with confidentiality
• Good organizing and time management skills, attention to detail
