Experience- 5 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
3. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s services, pricing, and market trends.
6. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of freight forwarding services.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and finance, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
8. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify potential growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
9. Provide regular sales s and forecasts to the management team.
10. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence.
