Qualifications – Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating recruitment, coordinating quarterly reviews, and other human resources tasks as required.
Responsibilities:
Participate in recruiting related activities like publishing job openings to various boards, collating resumes, avoiding duplicate processing of candidates, arranging interviews, arranging for online tests
Will be responsible in facilitating recruiting, as liaison between third party recruiters and team leads
Coordinating of quarterly reviews
Serve as conduit for employees to express improvements that could be made to the environment infrastructure, perks and benefits, recruitments, training opportunities, knowledge improvements
Counsel employees regarding issues they have, matches between their career paths and available opportunities
Arrange for mentor – mentee relationships within the organization
Organize employee achievement celebrations, employee anniversaries, “Developer Conference” equivalents
Be responsible for things like experience certificates, relieving letters, offer letters being given to candidates/interns
Coordinate campus recruitment visits
Be responsible for compliance with various labor department statutory requirements like compliance with PF Act, ESI Act, Maternity leave Act, etc.
Be the liaison officer with concerned departments on an as needed basis.
Be able to work with the accounting department to help configuration of electronic versions of various registers and data entry tools required for tracking and compliance with legal requirements
Work with global HR team to project requirement of human resources in the future and plan acquisition of talent, reskilling of existing employees
Work with global HR team to track attrition, balancing of resources across product teams.
Work with global HR team to identify key performance indicators from the human capital management point of view.
Assist global HR team in publishing periodic reports
Requirements
Four to six years experience in human resources
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with international/global (multi-site, multi-time zone) teams
Should have worked in a highly technology-oriented company with high-quality talent, diverse team members
Very organized
Technology savvy and be able to establish processes where no official processes may exist previously
Able to translate requirements from technical leads to job descriptions
Able to identify sources of candidates and coordinate recruitment related activities like scheduling interviews
Able to source vendors for conducting of various events like team gatherings, visits from offices in other countries or locations Good English skills – spoken and written
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Logistics management
Fun loving
Ability to work with people of widely varying levels of experience and diverse backgrounds.
Assist occasionally with handling of petty cash and interact with external vendors as required by the accounting department
