Must have experience as Sr. Hr Executive or Team Leader min. 5 Years with IR Knowledge and people Management

Age Maximum – 40 Years
Salary will be – Upto 6.5 LPA and allowance
1. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
2. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource
programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary
matters; disputes and investigations.
3.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors,
referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
4. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and
investigations.
5. Maintains compliance with state, and local employment laws and regulations, and
recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance. Performs other duties as assigned.
6. Assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover
rates
7. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per month
