Member Should be willing to work in rotational ShiftsMust have a minimum – years of application support experienceConfiguration changesUser managementRoot cause analysisCoordination with QA and Dev teams for fixing the issues and deployments.Monitor the Support Mailbox and other streams(JIRA/SNOW)Coordination with different teams to solve the issuesDocumentation/updation of the knowledge base articles/manuals on regular basisAnswer customer questions by email/Jira/snowExplain to customer the configuration changes by email/Jira/snowTicket handling in ServiceNowTicket handling in JIRACollaboration with client for troubleshooting the issues.
