Full Job Description
Cerner is excited to hire an Accountant II. As an Accountant II, you will be
ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial procedures and tax laws of international jurisdictions such as Romania. You will also be coordinating with local accounting firms, consultants and other stakeholders for book-keeping and statutory compliances of certain non-US Cerner entities. You will be the point of contact for internal and/or external clients and provide high quality service for multiple business units / legal entities. Educate clients/associates on policies, procedures and plans. You will be taking care for monthly books closing including bank, intercompany and other account reconciliations, prepaid amortization, fixed assets review and journal entries along with assisting with tax zone wise headcount reconciliation and withholding tax (TDS) reasonability check. You will also get the opportunity for analytical review of supplier invoices’ accounting to ensure accurate reporting/tracking of refundable taxes for multiple business units / legal entities.
As an Accountant II, you will also be preparing financial reports for a variety of audiences and updating financial information in Cerner systems along with assisting with audits and other general accounting matters.

Qualifications
Basic Qualification:-
Bachelors degree with commerce.
Preferred Qualification:-
Chartered Accountancy (CA) degree with up to three attempts in clearing the final exams. Article-ship training.
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
Solid English communication skills – written and oral.
