Roles and Responsibilities
Identify the hiring needs of each department head and build a strong process.
Build unique and efficient on boarding processes to achieve smooth culture and technical learning.
Create an alumni network where ex-employees can engage with each other.
Align individual goals with organizational goals.
Ensure that people are constantly adding to their core skill sets and secondary skill sets.
Facilitate the increase the longevity of each employee in the organization
Identify and develop leaders that uphold the culture and values of the organization.Identify opportunities to develop leadership skills within existing leadership.
Create a process to develop a leadership pipeline within the organization.
Tie-up with external experts and consultants to conduct regular sessions with people and teams.
Being a part of the Leadership Team and supporting the functional heads, the Senior Leadership
Team and the Board of Directors in effective decision making linked to our people.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate with prior experience in E-commerce / Internet Space are considered
Candidate should be across Mumbai can be considered
Involvement in Recruitment will be 80% & 20% in other HR operations activities
