Our client is looking for the candidate with 4 – 5 years of experience in Sales. They should be enthausiastic, energetic, high performing sales manager who is having excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
They are someone who are currently living in Mumbai / Nashik and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.
Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for achievement of annual and quarterly targets for Sales & Collection set by the Organization.
· Establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with all the Hospitals team, Co- Workers (Operation Team and Call Centre Team) and Patients and vendors. Will work as a SPOC of the organization.
· Candidates need to generate profitable revenue through the associated hospital.
· Expected to Design and execute channel sales through the promotional activities and activations in the community & various marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
· Candidates will work as responsible for the attached Ambulances.
· Shall ensure on the daily basis vehicles are adequately equipped with the medicine, the equipment and the required licences and the certifications.
· Shall motivate and train the team for professional behaviour dealing with Hospitals .
· Analyze local market trends and competitor’s strategy and accordingly develop plans to increase revenue and brand awareness.
· Canditdates needs to be go getter with hunger for sales
Mandatory Requirements
· Knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
· An experience of driving business and motivating the channel partners
· Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers, clients, members, providers and customers.

Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum of 4 – 5 yrs. of experience of working as a sales Managers in the healthcare domain. (will be added advantage)
