CBD Movers Pvt. Ltd is looking for the experienced and dynamic Customer Service Representative/ Complaints specialist.

Responsibilities-

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
• Follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills required-

• Proven experience in a customer service role.
• Proven track record in International BPO
• Exceptional listening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle pressure.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹28,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
