Morgan in India provides a comprehensive range of Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Asset & Wealth Management, and Corporate functions services and solutions to our clients, executing some of the most important financial transactions and providing essential strategic advice to our clients such as the government, large domestic and multi-national corporations, non-government organizations and financial institutions and investors. Our Global Service Centers (GSCs) are strategically positioned in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad to support the firm’s operations regionally and globally. The centers provide comprehensive strategic support across technology and business operations processing to all lines of business and the corporate functions.
Job responsibilities :
§ Review Loan documents and process transactions as per SLA
§ Perform activities such as review of underwriting documents as part of annual reviews
§ Interpret and understand legal documents pertaining to underwriting and perform due diligence to comply with the lending requirements
§ Process Financial Statements, Appraisal reports, Borrowing Base Certificate, Compliance Certificate, Mortgage documents, Credit Agreement and abstract critical data
§ Performs required research on the received request within stipulated timelines
§ Follows up on deficient documentation with relevant stake-holders
§ Makes informed decisions regarding the documentation handled
§ Be an SME in the process and understand the upstream and downstream process
§ Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target
§ Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
§ Generate and publish daily reports
