Job Responsibilty
Responsibilities:
· To train the sales executives and distributors in assigned territory.
· To organize sale schedule of assigned staffs.
· To act as a bridge between the company and distributor in providing stock reports and product inventories.
· To conduct performance evaluations that is timely and constructive.
· To handle disciplinary action against employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
· To coordinate with Sales executives from his assigned district.
· To sales the company’s product in an assigned territory with the team.
· Works toward increasing sales growth in the territory at an established rate determined by Company.
· To provide map coordination and beat plans.
· To perform other sales and marketing related duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹21,000.00 – ₹32,000.00 per month
