What do we expect from you?
1. Strategy
✓ Is responsible for the market’s Communication, Marketing and Client strategy and the local adaptation of the global strategy.
✓ Is responsible for the market’s overall action plan creation and synergies between local and regional functions.
✓ Ensure that network & its roadmap are given accurate and timely support to leverage relevant business opportunities.
✓ Keep curious about competition and environment whilst documenting all brands projects in your field of expertise.
✓ Is active in the animation and sharing of information during the Market Committee and any other Commercial meetings with Cartier or Richemont team members.
✓ Lead the branding plan by developing ideas for adapted local communication, public relations programs, and client experiences journeys to elevate the brand.
✓ Is responsible for the business documentation of anything related to Marketing, Communication and Clients, thanks to accurate budgeting forecast, supervision, and feedback.
✓ Act as a local expert towards local, regional, and international teams for the local development or adaptation of global strategies and projects.
2. Marketing expertise
✓ Supervise all sales forecasts of range, novelties, and exceptional creations to ensure commercial teams can achieve their forecast and planning.
✓ Is responsible for the internal communication of all product-related information, such as but not excluding to product news, product updates, product performance etc.
✓ Is responsible to define & implement 360” action plans to support specific product lines, novelties and range, with products from welcoming offer to High-End, to elevate performance and customer journeys whilst assessing their results.
✓ Collaborate with commercial team on pricing strategy when relevant.
✓ Assist regional team with the creation or brief of product or/and services exclusivities when relevant.
3. Communication expertise
✓ Plan and implement action plans to locally maximize the Maison’s equity, exposure, and visibility for the market, including events, owned or paid media, press, influencers, social network etc.
✓ Will locally handle all activities as defined for each action plan or lead the co-construction work with regional teams when support or competencies are required.
✓ Work closely with regional team to enhance the knowledge and importance of the Indian ecosystem to benefit the Maison as a whole, locally, and internationally.
✓ Is responsible for the overall internal communication strategy ensuring local team members from all positions and locations are fully aware of Cartier’s initiatives, whether local, regional or international; as such, is responsible for the roll out and adoption of tools targeting such awareness.
4. Clients’ expertise
✓ Plan and implement action plans to locally maximize clients’ engagement and loyalty with the Maison.
✓ Is responsible to follow our local residents’ journeys and performance throughout the world in co-construction with the regional or international teams and share qualitative data and findings.
✓ Support commercial teams to optimize their “1 to 1” or “1 to many” client-telling actions to deepen relationships and client portfolios, with existing and prospects.
✓ Manage client-telling programs or tools from development, to implementation, supervision, and feedback.
✓ Monitor CRM & client experience program results across key metrics and use learnings for program enhancement, refinement, and development actions.
✓ Co-construct with commercial teams, calendars of bespoke animations for each market touchpoint as per objectives & budgets.
✓ Elevate the market client insights with in-depth analysis and programs aimed at creating a true customer centric mindset.
✓ Support commercial teams in the creation, planning and organization of specific client treatments or activities.
✓ Coordinate the client selection for local, regional or international events whilst managing the invitation process, RSVP, and organization in co-construction with local or regional teams.
✓ Monitor client service performance and engage with relevant stakeholders in actions to elevate overall experience.
✓ Pro-actively support the development of all client service activities and propose actions to optimize operations and service.
✓ Propose and support the roll-out and localization of new services or policies for the market.
5. Talent management & development
✓ Is directly responsible for one office team member initially and many external stakeholders.
✓ Is active in the definition of the HR vision and pro-actively contributes to talent development, retention, and attraction of high-preforming team members.
✓ Constantly share the Maison vision, strategy and values of the Maison by engaging and motivating all stakeholders.
✓ Foster team-work and creative culture amongst all touchpoints.
✓ Is responsible to co-design with the HR & Learning and Development the training plan for all team members under supervision.
✓ Is responsible for the succession planning, individual development, and collective performance of all team under supervision.
✓ Has recurring meetings with team members under supervision to ensure complete alignment and adaptation of strategy when relevant.
✓ Regularly visit local point-of-sales and external stakeholders to discuss improvement needs and ensure feeling of inclusion in the brand endeavors; far locations can be done remotely.
✓ Is the bridge with commercial teams for all corporate programs such as but not exclusive to, arts & culture, women championing projects, philanthropy, corporate social responsibility…
