Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with Product Owners, different IT teams, and the businesses to configure technology that enables work processes.
• Manage licenses in partnership with CISCO.
• Ensure quality of service releases and deliverables through execution of risk mitigation strategies.
• Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements to provide to other IT capabilities in partnership with the business.
• Coordinate the execution of licenses deliverables by IT capabilities to ensure timely delivery.
• Recommend enhancements of products to optimize work processes.
• Continue to quickly learn new systems and products based on business needs.

Skills Required:

• Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning.
• Experience in an IT-related field.
• Experience in building partnerships with business.
• Vendor management skills.

What Will Put You Ahead:

• ITIL foundation certification and Cisco certification: CCNP.
• Understanding of Agile principles.
• Experience working with complex enterprise and global stakeholders.
• Knowledge of vendor management and tactical buying.

Other Considerations:

• Must be willing to carry a company-provided smartphone.
• Must be flexible to work US hours.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in information technology field.
