Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Create and articulate a capability road-map for the sales organization, in line with the organization’s strategic priorities.
2. Creation and execution of the Sales Capability blueprint towards building a future ready sales organization.
3. Carry out periodic and timely training need analysis as per the business requirement using the various tools and instruments to measure the levels of knowledge, skills and competencies and feedback from the sales team.
4. Develop the training calendar and content for the sales regions based on the identified needs.
5. Deployment of sales product and process training programs for on-roll and off-roll staff in the Sales function to meet the sales objectives.
6. Facilitating training as per plan to sales team.
7. Formulating and implementing the training evaluation metrics.
8. Measuring the effectiveness of the Sales Capability Programs in terms of productivity and ROI.
9. Monitor performance of sales team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Capability or Training profiles in FMCG Industries.
A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing.
